In today's newsletter, I'm going to talk a little about one of the
most vital parts in your online business - knowing your numbers and
improving them.

Many businesses die because they don't know their numbers. They
let their costs eat up their profits.

On the other hand, some smart marketers know that small changes can
lead to big profits. They optimize each step and run more and
more volume into the optimized processes.

A quick question for you.

If you have a sales process with 7 steps in it, and you increase the
effectiveness of each step by 10%, what is the total overall
increase in results?

Some people say it's 10%. Some say 50%.

Very few get it right.

It's 94% increase to your profits.

Small changes, big profits, right?

Let's start with some more numbers.

Suppose you have 100 visitors a day to your squeeze page, 30% opt-in
and see your offer, 1% of them take your offer, 50% of the opt-ins

the year with $2956.5 in profit and 5475 subscribers.

Theses are common numbers and a lot of people are happy with them.

That's fine, but what if you can greatly improve your results with

Let's say you increase your visitors by 30%, and you get 50% to
subscribe, 60% to confirm. You get 2% of opt-ins to buy for the
same $27 product. Each step of the improvement is not hard to
get,for most people.

So what's your results for a year with your new numbers?

It nets you $12,811.5 and 14,235 subscribers!

A 430% increase with your profits! (and we didn't mention the extra
8760 subscribers you get)
 
This is exactly how some big gurus can take one initial $1000/month
web site and eventually scale it into a million-dollar business.

I came across a report called Visitor Value Multiplier Manifesto
report by Chris Rempel, which I believe is one of the most
easy-to-read teaching material on testing & conversion.

Chris will show you actual example of how he doubled the earnings
of one of his sites from $2000/mo to $4600/mo just by changing 2
small things on the offer page:
 
When you start testing, you look at how the different parts of your
business affect each other. When you do that, surprising things can
happen.
